Bettenhaus branded down filled duvets are guaranteed against any defects in fabric or workmanship, for 20 years from the date of purchase. We will honour this warranty provided the duvet has been reasonably cared for, labels are attached, and a duvet cover has been used at all times.

Our ‘Ultra Warm’ weight duvets are guaranteed to keep you at your warmest for 10 years. If during this period you feel differently we will top up your down at no extra cost.

  

Silk-filled Duvets
Silk filled duvets are guaranteed against any defects in workmanship or fabric, for 5 years from the date of purchase. We will honour this warranty provided the duvet has been reasonably cared for, labels are attached, and a duvet cover has been used at all times. 

  

Down Alternative Duvets
Down alternative duvets are guaranteed against any defects in workmanship or fabric, for 5 years from the date of purchase. We will honour this warranty provided the duvet has been reasonably cared for, labels are attached, and a duvet cover has been used at all times.
