Please read the sewn-in care labels. A properly maintained wool mattress topper should only require cleaning after 5 to 10 years of use, if at all.
We recommend regular airing of your mattress topper. Hanging it on a chair or railing or even outside (out of direct sunlight), will allow the air to dissipate any retained moisture and help maintain its freshness for years to come.
Small spots or stains may be removed by using warm water and mild soap. Dry using a hairdryer on low heat.
DO NOT attempt to machine wash or dry this product yourself. If your mattress topper does require cleaning, for best results we recommend you have it professionally laundered. Dry cleaning is not recommended as the chemicals may have an adverse effect on the quality of the down.
