Please read the sewn-in care labels. Proper care of your pillow will ensure it maintains its comfort and fluffiness for the duration of its life.

We highly recommend using a pillow protector at all times. A properly covered pillow will help to eliminate stains and the build-up of body oils, dirt and dust, and extend the life of your pillow.

We recommend giving the pillow a gentle shake every morning to fluff and maintain the shape and support of the pillow.

Small spots or stains may be removed by holding the fabric away from the filling and spot cleaning using warm water and mild soap. To dry, use a hairdryer on low heat.

Take your pillow outdoors periodically and air it. This helps maintain its fluffiness and insulating qualities and keeps it smelling fresh.

For best results, we recommend you have it professionally laundered.

Our down alternative pillows cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. Orders can only be returned for defects in manufacture or material. These pillows are guaranteed for 2 years. Please see our Guarantees link for details.

Down alternative pillows take approximately 1 – 2 weeks to ship. You will be notified via email when your order ships.

Please inspect your purchase upon receipt. Notify us immediately if you have received an item with a manufacturer’s defect. We will work with you to ensure your issue is resolved. Damage caused by failure to follow our care instructions cannot be accepted as defective merchandise.

Canadian customers are subject to pay all applicable taxes. Orders are shipped via Canada Post or Courier depending on your address. Free shipping applies to shipping within the Canada Post/Courier service area. Should your address fall outside of the Canada Post/Courier service area you are responsible for the difference. We will calculate the difference and inform you prior to shipping your order. Please note this typically only applies to remote locations and the territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut).

US ORDERS

Please be aware that customers in the US will bear the responsibility for any taxes, duties and fees local customs office may charge. US orders are shipped via courier.

While we have found that orders to the US typically arrive within 1-2 weeks from the date of shipment, it may take longer if an item is held up in customs. We are not responsible for costs or damages if they choose to open and inspect goods shipped.
