WASHING
Wash whites and colours separately.
Always wash towels separately from other garments, rugs, and fabrics.
Machine wash cold using the gentle cycle.
Select a mild soap, do not use any type of bleach, or fabric softener.
DRYING
Tumble dry using low/warm temperatures and a delicate setting.
Do not dry clean or iron.

Schlossberg towels are specially ordered based on your selections and are considered to be ‘custom orders’. Orders may not be returned except for defects in material or manufacture.
Your order may not be changed or cancelled 24 hours after submission.
Schlossberg orders take approximately 6 – 8 weeks to ship. You will be notified via email when your order ships.
Please inspect your purchase upon receipt. Notify us immediately if you have received an item with a manufacturer’s defect. We will work with Schlossberg to ensure your issue is resolved. Damage caused by failure to follow the manufacturers’ care instructions cannot be accepted as defective merchandise.
Please Note: We cannot offer returns on items due to a discrepancy between the colour in the online picture and the actual product. If you have questions about the colour please contact us, we may be able to offer you a sample or describe the colour in greater detail to assist in the decision-making process.
Canadian customers are subject to pay all applicable taxes. Orders are shipped via Canada Post or Courier depending on your address. Free shipping applies to shipping within the Canada Post/Courier service area. Should your address fall outside of the Canada Post/Courier service area you are responsible for the difference. We will calculate the difference and inform you prior to shipping your order. Please note this typically only applies to remote locations and the territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut)
US ORDERS
Please be aware that customers in the US will bear the responsibility for any taxes, duties and fees local customs office may charge. US orders are shipped via courier.
While we have found that orders to the US typically arrive within 1-2 weeks from the date of shipment, it may take longer if an item is held up in customs. We are not responsible for costs or damages if they choose to open and inspect goods shipped.
