St Genève Size Guide

Please read the sewn-in care labels. Properly maintained bedding will remain beautiful and something you will continue to enjoy for years to come.


Machine wash using a moderate temperature and gentle cycle in a small to moderate load.
Do not use ‘water saver’ settings.
Do not use any type of bleach (bleaching may weaken fabric & cause yellowing).
Do not use fabric softener or dryer sheets.
Wash dark colours separately and use a colour-safe detergent without optical brighteners.

Machine dry by filling drum loosely and tumble dry on gentle using a moderate temperature.
Do not over-dry.
Remove sheets while still damp to eliminate excess wrinkling.

Iron if required. Ironing can be done on the appropriate fabric setting while the fabric is still slightly damp.
Do not iron terry fabrics.


PILLING PREVENTION
Do not use caustic soaps, bleaches, or whitener detergents.
Sleep in nightwear made with natural fabrics; nightwear made with synthetic fibres is one of the biggest causes of pilling.
Do not launder with any articles that are heavy or coarse, they can scour the fabric.

St Genève bed linens are specially ordered based on your selections and are considered to be ‘custom orders’. Orders may not be returned except for defects in material or manufacture.

Your order may not be changed or cancelled 24 hours after submission.

St Genève orders take approximately 4 – 6 weeks to ship. You will be notified via email when your order ships.

Please inspect your purchase upon receipt. Notify us immediately if you have received an item with a manufacturer’s defect. We will work with St Genève to ensure your issue is resolved. Damage caused by failure to follow the manufacturers’ care instructions cannot be accepted as defective merchandise.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on items if the return is due to a discrepancy between the colour in the online picture and the actual product.
